Changes are accepted within 14 calendar days. In addition, for all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by the retail receipt AND BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
EXCEPTIONS OF RETURNED ITEMS
In view of the provision of no. 3l of Law 2251/1994, returns and changes will not be accepted and there is no withdrawal for goods that are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection and/or for reasons of hygiene, such as indicative and not restrictive, underwear sets , earrings, body chains, clip-in braids, nano hair extension, micro hair extension and hair removal products. The refund will be made in the same way as the transaction was originally made.
If it is done by credit card, the refund will be made to the same bank and not to another account.
In case of issuing an invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note.

Products that need special order (such as clipping, Nano Hair Extension, Micro Hair Extension) is paid a deposit which is not refunded to cancel (this is because the company has spent extra to make the product).
Shipping and repayment costs will also be deducted if the product was on offer with free shipping. This is because the company has paid shipping for shipping of the product simply it has not charged the customer when the transaction is successful.

PACKAGE RETURN PROCEDURE
Pack the product in a larger box to protect it during shipping. A document is placed inside the packaging that you have made in which you list the way in which you wish us to resolve the financial outstanding if the product is deemed eligible for return. The parcel is sent via the courier agency ELTA COURIER, in consideration of the returns department. Please note that the shipping costs are charged to the customer and the amount is €2.50.

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS
Cancellation of an order is only accepted within the day of your order so that we can proceed with the cancellation and not send the package and after contacting us immediately at 2317002888, giving us the details of the order, such as name, telephone and order number.
